Gym update

Alright, this morning I was under 160lbs. Yesterday I was at 155lbs. I’m not sure how I’m sustaining that sub 160 weight and growing muscle, but wtf; I’m not gonna question it hah. The small belly is disappearing quickly. I’ve rediscovered my rib cage. It’s freakishly wide for my frame, which helps with lung capacity but makes me look kinda; too thin?

My left arm is starting to look normal again. The bicep is coming back, but still pathetically weak. My rotator cuff muscles are bouncing back well. I need to do pull ups but I don’t think the shoulder could sustain a full set without possibly; uh, ripping in a bad way.

I’ll be very happy once I can pull up my usual weight because my neck/shoulder area looks weird to me right now. Now I focus on the difference in shape, since I can move my arm with almost no pain. Shallow much? hah.

I mentioned to Chris the other night that compared to almost everyone I know; virtually no one should be complaining to me in the future about pain unless they go through child birth of pass kidney stones. Chris is obviously immune to this pain comparison; ’cause man that guy pisses stones.
