Cows eating chickens, nipples on feet..

This cow is clearly nutso or it’s diet is seriously fucked up and it’s eating the chickens to get something it needs.

I’m not sure what I’d do if i woke up with a boob on my foot. Maybe play with it a little before going to my doctor’s office.
