Futureshop just put the ATI x1950Pro PCIe video cards on sale for -$100, so I just got off a 30min phone call to their support to get the discount applied. Somehow, I think driving to a store would’ve been more satisfying, and far less annoying. No speaker phone at the office @_@
Second gen Crossfire for $450 with highend DX9 performance. So sweet.
My pc has been without ram for uh, 2 weeks now and I just sent the rma away. I got side tracked with building a new system and completely forgot about sending the ram for like a week; and then I procrastinated. My last new part arrives tomorrow; so I dropped the ball. Oh well.
New pc will be the amd64 3800×2 @ 2.5ghz (250mhz fsb) on an asus mobo with ati x1950pro crossfire video, powered by a coolermaster igreen 600w psu.
I have some new photos stuck on my camera until I get the computer back together. I miss my big monitor.
I put the pics from New Years up. I cannot wait to get a K10D, but I’ll have to. This clock was kinda freaky.
I ordered a new wheelset for the Norco Launch, and started aquiring the remaining parts needed for the Azonic Fiend. The mild winter may turn out to be the best biking season I’ve had in a while.
First off, New Years was pretty fun this year. Maegan and I went to Toronto for a few days and stayed with Elle and Mike. Friday we drank and I think I screwed up my knee. Saturday we went to a bar to meet Ben and watch the UFC event. We drank 4L pitchers of blonde and hit a punching machine afterwards; much fun.
Sunday we went for breakfast at a small place called Easy Rider I think. Fantastic food! It was very busy due to the day and time.
Originally we were planning on going to a show, but it turned out to be $40 at the door and the trip had been relatively expensive because we done stuff daily. Mike and I went to get alcohol at an LCBO and when we got back to the apartment we found out everyone else had planned to go out to another show.

So the evening cost more than the original plan; which we dumped because it cost too much. Last time I go along with that.
Anyways, I got a lot of good pics but one of my ram dimms went bad; causing my computer to crash randomly. The dlink card is also incompatible with the mobo, so I’ll probably change the mobo after I get my new video card.
